Work Description :
- To conduct TNA, Coordinate Training program by communicating with training provider and coordinator their training evaluation and performance.
- To ensure all new staff being given job description after joining the company.
- Responsible in handling all functions in human resources & admin matters.
- Assist in administering recruitment, interview, and orientation process.
- Preparing employment offer letter, confirmation, transfer, promotion, disciplinary letters and etc.
- Monitor, update and administer staff claims, leave, medical expenses and attendance records accurately.
- To assist Superior in providing report or statistic to HR and Admin.
- To review or checking any HRA job before submitting to superior.
- To ensure staff to comply with company's policy and procedure.
- To maintain and coordinate any staff Portal or E-leave Issue.
- To coordinate any staff correspondence.
- Oversee the general office administration including office equipment, lease agreement, monitoring office and vehicles maintenance.
- Assist in renewal GHS & GTL and claims of Hospitalization benefits.
- Documenting, filing for HR department.
- Perform other add-hoc tasks pertaining as and when required.
