Ngade plak kan nak tulis pasal Human resource Management(HRM). Maklumlah kerja dengan Department Human Resource..hihihihi..just wanna to share wif u guys..ape function HR ni sebenarnye..

Bukan senang ye nak kerja as Human resource officer ke..human resource executive ke.. Nak tau kenapa??

Ok..jom i share sikit keje2 yg saya buat..my job description..

Work Description :

  • To conduct TNA, Coordinate Training program by communicating with training provider and coordinator their training evaluation and performance.
  • To ensure all new staff being given job description after joining the company.
  • Responsible in handling all functions in human resources & admin matters.
  • Assist in administering recruitment, interview, and orientation process.
  • Preparing employment offer letter, confirmation, transfer, promotion, disciplinary letters and etc.
  • Monitor, update and administer staff claims, leave, medical expenses and attendance records accurately.
  • To assist Superior in providing report or statistic to HR and Admin.
  • To review or checking any HRA job before submitting to superior.
  • To ensure staff to comply with company's policy and procedure.
  • To maintain and coordinate any staff Portal or E-leave Issue.
  • To coordinate any staff correspondence. 
  • Oversee the general office administration including office equipment, lease agreement, monitoring office and vehicles maintenance.
  • Assist in renewal GHS & GTL and claims of Hospitalization benefits.
  • Documenting, filing for HR department.
  • Perform other add-hoc tasks pertaining as and when required.
